Yuri Radzievsky

For three decades, a trailblazer in global branding and multicultural marketing and communications.
Born and raised in Moscow, Yuri hosted one of the USSR's most popular TV shows, and wrote for Soviet TV radio and stage.
Emigrating to the U.S. in 1973, he and his wife, Anna, founded Euramerica, a pioneering multicultural marketing communications firm, which quickly grew to be the largest in its field.
The Radzievskys launched a second agency in 1990, Y A R Communications, focused on multicultural brand management. Y A R, a leader in its class, generated billings of more than $200 million a year.
The couple founded GlobalWorks in 1999, merging branding, culture and technology to provide integrated communications for the global marketplace. In 2000, GlobalWorks joined with Liquid Digital, a cutting-edge technology solutions provider, to form GlobalWorks Group, LLC.
Yuri's clients have included AT&T, General Electric, Discovery Communications, CNN, EDS and Walt Disney. Current clients include HUGHES, Chase, and other leading global brands.
Anna Radzievsky

Recognized for combining award-winning creativity with relentless entrepreneurial drive, to launch three highly successful multicultural communications agencies.
For over two decades, Anna's grasp of global and multicultural challenges has defined the creative voice and style of GlobalWorks and her two prior agencies. Broadcast, print and direct response campaigns developed under Anna's leadership have garnered many top creative awards in the U.S.
Born in Riga, the capital of Latvia on the Baltic Sea, she grew up in the multicultural environment of the former USSR, where consumers spoke in over 100 languages and dialects.
She graduated from the University of Latvia with a Master's degree in chemical engineering. Her real passion, however, lay with the arts. Her interests took her into the communications realm and she became involved with TV production in Moscow.
Anna came to the U.S. in 1973, and with her husband Yuri, co-founded and served as the chief creative officer of their three agencies.
Mans Angantyr
President and Chief Technology Officer
A multi-talented marketer who has worn the hats of programmer, art director, information architect, software developer and technology evangelist.
Today, Mans oversees the agency's marketing technology group, which consults on technology, Web design, content management, networking and software development.
He also leads the group's development of wireless applications, XML-based intranet solutions, intelligent agents and other breakthroughs transforming the marketing and communications industries.
Born and educated in Sweden, Mans founded Liquid Digital Information Systems in 1994. The company, a technology consulting group providing strategic services, marketing counsel and implementation programming merged with GlobalWorks in 2000.
His clients have encompassed Volvo, New Balance, MCIWorldcom, Miramax, and Procter & Gamble. Since joining GlobalWorks, his clients have included HUGHES Electronics, Hughes Network Systems, JP Morgan Chase, IKEA, United Retail Group, QMGN and Lucent Technologies.
John Mustin
Partner, Chief Marketing Officer
A dynamic marketing strategist whose global brand, interactive and CRM experience shaped many of the world's largest and most respected brands.
John has extensive experience in retail, financial services, business-to-business, healthcare, and automotive marketing on a global scale and has been instrumental in creating and managing integrated campaigns for clients who want to grow their business and their brands.
Prior to joining GlobalWorks, John was the Managing Director of MMB NY, where he worked directly with several key clients such as Deutsche Bank, DWS Scudder, Subway, L.L. Bean, Fresh Direct and McNeil Nutritionals while running the company's day-to-day operations. Additionally, John worked at Harte-Hanks, one of the world's largest CRM and Database Marketing companies, as Director of Program Management for the Customer Database business and as the Vice President of Operations for Lotus Interworks, where he was responsible for the global business and technology operations of a 200-person technology incubator specializing in the design and launch of e-Business companies.
John is a Commander in the US Navy reserve and a veteran of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He recently served in Kuwait as the Commanding Officer of an armed patrol boat unit providing expeditionary maritime security to US and coalition forces. For his service in the Arabian Gulf, he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.
A United States Naval Academy graduate, John holds an MBA (cum laude) in Finance & Management from the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, as well as an MS in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School.
Beatriz Valdés

A talented account director whose experience spans industries from high technology to high finance.
Betty has extensive experience managing major consumer, trade and multicultural accounts, including Canon USA, technology clients like Hughes Network Systems, the multicultural initiatives of Fleet Bank, Western Union, MetLife and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Association. She also has worked on a variety of entertainment accounts, ranging from The N.Y. Philharmonic and the Kennedy Center to rock concerts and Broadway shows.
Born in Cuba and educated in the U.S., she is fluent in Spanish and English.
Takashi Omura
Partner, Creative Director
An award-winning creative director with a wide range of experience in integrated marketing.
Winner of many awards for creative design, Takashi is the driving force behind all things visual and strategic at GlobalWorks. Originally from Kyoto, Japan, Takashi has experience in global, interactive and multicultural advertising and branding. He played a key role in the rebranding of HUGHES, Intellinex, Direcway and Hughes Network Systems, among many others.
Prior to joining GlobalWorks Takashi was Senior Art Director at FCBi, the interactive unit of FCB, where he worked on Compaq, Chase, Gateway and Merck. He also served as Art Director at FCB Direct, involved in campaigns for Sotheby's, AT&T and Unilever.
At Y A R Communications, launched by the founders of GlobalWorks, he served as Creative Director on Fortune 500 accounts, including CBS SportsLine, Turner Broadcasting, AT&T, Western Union, Unisys, Nationwide and One World Communications.
Caroline Fish
Partner, Creative Director
An award-winning, multilingual creative director with a wide range of experience spanning consumer, trade, multicultural, and B2B accounts.
Caroline's experience in advertising began with a solid education in direct marketing. But her nature as a true citizen of the world soon drew her in to multicultural and global marketing. Caroline has lived and worked in many countries and speaks Spanish, Italian, and French… even a little Arabic.
Prior to joining GlobalWorks, Caroline was an award-winning creative director at Admerasia, overseeing development of multicultural campaigns for 10-10-321, Iridium, sina.com, namaste.com and MetLife.
She was earlier a senior copywriter at Y A R Communications, where she created advertising and direct marketing for such clients as AT&T, CNN International, CNN en Español, Las Vegas and Western Union.
Her work has won many creative awards, including the Telly Award and the prestigious AAAA O'Toole Multicultural Award.
Brian Ng
Partner, Linguistic Technology
A leader in multilingual production and graphic technologies.
With over 11 years of experience working with clients like AT&T, Medtronic and Disney, he recently produced digital and printed brochures in 22 languages for Lucent's spin-off of its Avaya business.
He has worked with the Radzievskys since the early days of Y A R Communications. There, he was Vice President and Graphic Director, overseeing all facets of graphic production. For over a decade, he's been at the forefront of multilingual production across applications and operating platforms.
A native of Hong Kong, Brian was raised in the Dominican Republic, and has been in the US for over 20 years. He has a BFA in Communications Design from the State University at Buffalo. He is fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish.
Ashley Laing

A leader in global content management and technology strategies.
Since joining GlobalWorks in 2000, Ashley's focus has grown from developing Microsoft-based solutions and project management, to encompass overall aspects of systems architecture, workflow engineering, global content management and technology strategy.
Ashley has spearheaded the development and implementation of GlobalWorks Orchestrate™, the agency's global brand management platform which is now in its fifth release and is in extensive use by leading clients such as Avaya.
With a management consulting background in financial services, and technical experience in Microsoft application development and systems infrastructure, Ashley's experience ranges from building web-based referral marketing systems to creating multi-tiered global content management systems for today 's leading corporations.
