GlobalWorks Web Platform Provides Brand Agility

New York, February 10, 2006 – Avaya, Inc. is using an innovative publishing platform developed by GlobalWorks Group to streamline and accelerate its rollout of local-market websites across Europe and the Americas.

"Avaya offers content in 14 languages on more than 20 websites," says Renee Rodgers, vice president of Avaya.com. "GlobalWorks' solution provides us with the agility to simplify and upgrade our content and collateral, integrate content from Interwoven and FileNet, and lower our overall costs of deployment and maintenance."

Since Avaya’s launch of its initial corporate site in 2005, it has introduced additional local country websites at the rate of one per month, beginning with 10 sites across Europe. Local sites have recently debuted in North and South America and will continue to roll out in 2006. These accelerated site rollouts are enabled by Avaya's migration to a single, consistent publishing platform for its websites, backed by GlobalWorks’ interactive engineering, production and global infrastructure capabilities.
